These shutter shelves have been a popular item whenever we went to craft fairs last year. (We haven't done any this year, but we are about to have an open house.)
This white one was the first one I ever made. Since then I have built black, green, and white, and blue. I prefer to go with the original color of the shutters, to prevent too much painting etc..
Currently, we have one black one finished, and I just began working on two more black ones today.
